Back to Work

Well this past Thursday 19 smiling faces walked through the door to greet me. I got lots of smiles, hugs, questions, and stories. They couldn't wait to ask how Brayden was and to tell me all about Christmas and their track out. Yep, I was back to work. I am a mom, friend, daughter, and wife, but I was also now a teacher again. I haven't felt like a teacher since September. It felt good to be missed. It felt good to be doing something I enjoy doing and know I am good at. Thank you Lord for a job and for the opportunity to serve 19 little 2nd graders. What a great group of students! It should be an exciting 2nd semester!
